If you guys follow my YouTube channel, you will remember a video a did a couple months ago about the scrapped Justice League movie that never was. Yes, back in 2010-2011, pre-production went underway for a Justice League movie, fully cast, and with a final draft screenplay. The screenplay was written by George Miller back in 2007, and even though Batman Begins and Superman Returns was already released, this movie was going to be a whole different universe. Here is the list of actors that were cast for all the roles:
- Batman – Armie Hammer
- Superman – D.J. Cotrona
- The Flash (Barry Allen) – Adam Brody
- Wonder Woman – Megan Gale
- Aquaman – Santiago Cabrera
- Wally West – Anton Yelchin
- The Martian Manhunter – Hugh Keays-Byrne
- Maxwell Lord – Jay Baruchel
- Talia al Ghul – Teresa Palmer,
- Iris West – Zoe Kazan
- Alfred Pennyworth – Stephen Tobolowsky
- John Stewart/Green Lantern Common
Would have been a crazy movie with all those characters, but a t least DC and Warner Bros. got smart and decided to scrap this project, even though the main reason for the movie not being made was an excessive budget and the writer’s strike. I am glad they scrapped the screen play and the cast is werid and I think that the justice league movie is happening some other time
