The Amazing Spiderman 2 will hit theaters May 2nd, 2014, and we will hopefully get a lengthy new trailer come December 5th. A poster, however, was spotted at the Red Rock in Las Vegas, that some lucky fan took pictures of. The poster shows Spiderman with his back facing towards us, and then we get a good look at Electro who is the main villain, but the Rhino and Green Goblin make an appearance as well. I know a lot of people wondered if we would see the Green Goblin in this movie since the Harry Osborn character was supposed to be present within the story, and it looks like this poster has answered that very question.
Only thing that makes me nervous about this, is that it might be a bit too much. Spiderman 3 saw 3 villains, and I felt that it was overkill. Something tells me though, that they have their heads in the right places this time around, and that having all these villains is going to lead into something pretty magnificent. I hope this movie is awesome because the amazing spiderman was ok with a terrible villain and this movie better not be like spiderman 3
Hopefully they learned from the mistakes in Spiderman 3 🙂
It might be the hobgoblin instead of green goblin.. In the comics, hobgoblin accidentally discovered the green goblins lab after his death and he experimented with what he left behind.
