I remember when I was a child. My dad and I would slouch ourselves on the couch, and throw on the daily re-runs of the 1966 Batman TV series. It was fantastic. Had everything you wanted in a television show, being the little tike that I was. Sad thing is, if you wanted to grab yourself a decent copy of the legendary series, you probably would fail in your search. But finally, the Batman series is coming to Blu-ray, which was announced by Conan O’Brien, as you can see from the image above.
Very excited @WBHomeEnt is releasing the Batman ’66 Complete TV Series in 2014! The seat smells like Adam West: http://t.co/cqWjlpW1Gn

The Caped Crusader series only spanned through 120 episodes, but that is enough to fit onto a Blu-ray pack full of nostalgia. Adam West and Burt Ward acted as our beloved crime fighters, making Adam West a Batman favorite. Warner Bros. hasn’t mentioned when this box set will be released, but helpfully it will be soon, and hopefully it is loaded with behind the scenes extras.
