Paul Bettany will join the cast of Avengers: Age of Ultron in the physical form this time. If you guys didn’t know, Bettany is the voice of J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark’s assistant OS, and specualtion back in August thought that Bettany would end up playing Ultron, who is apparently is created by Tony Stark in the sequel. That role then went to James Spader, and then the net nerds speculated the character Vision.

Vision is an android created by Ultron, who then is sent out to set a trap for Ultron’s creator, as well as the rest of the Avengers team. He then turns against Ultron, and joins The Avenger team, as well as marries Scarlet Witch, who is also going to be in the film, played by Elizabeth Olsen. His powers include firing radiation beams, and using a hologram force to make him invisible. Some nifty little powers on this guy.

Daily Mail is the one confirming this casting, and they have reported that Bettany was seen at London’s Shepperton Studios with Jeremy Renner, and both actors where going through make up and costume fittings, so their stunt doubles will be prime set for production to begin next month. They plan on making Bettany’s skin white and chalky to resemble how he looks in the comicbook.

There hasn’t been any word if Bettany will also reprise his voice for J.A.R.V.I.S. in Avengers: Age of Ultron, but come on: can’t have Tony Stark without J.A.R.V.I.S. Let me know your thoughts about this casting choice.
