More Details on Why Tim Miller Left Deadpool 2 by filmjunkee
Yesterday we found out that director Tim Miller has walked away from Deadpool 2 due to creative differences with Ryan Reynolds. Today more details have emerged on what those differences were.
According to The Wrap, Reynolds and Miller haven’t had the best relationship. They haven’t talked hardly at all since Deadpool was released, and then when it came to casting Cable, things got a little more heated. Miller apparently was Kyle Chandler to play Cable, and Reynolds was against it. Fox backed their star and Miller walked away. I’m going to have to go with Reynolds on this one because when those rumors came out about Chandler being cast as Cable, I scratched my head.
