“Pretty bird…pretty bird.” We all remember the poor blind kid Lloyd Christmas sold a headless parakeet to in the original Dumb And Dumber, and it looks like we are going to see what that kid has done with his life the last 20 years. Billy in 4C will return in Dumb and Dumber To all grown up as you can see from the image above. What is awesome is that is Brady Bluhm who is reprising his role as Billy in the new sequel, instead of a whole different actor which tends to happen. Dumb And Dumber To has started production and will be out sometime next year.
