The drama behind Batman Vs. Superman keeps growing, that I kind of hope there are behind the scenes cameras to capture it all. With the delay, and all the casting rumors, Joss Whedon and Marvel are probably laughing their asses off. Now we have possible plot and spoilers that are apparently leaked out by a crew member in the art department that was fired last week. This comes from a mysterious post on NeoGaf, that posted under the name James Woods. Warning you all now. Although this has not been at all confirmed, POSSIBLE HUGE SPOILERS AHEAD.
WARNING YOU ONE MORE TIME. SPOILERS!!!
Here is the apparent plot of Batman Vs. Superman, from beginning to end.
- The villains are Lex Luthor and Metallo.
- Batman forms a UN type deal to stop Superman from destroying another city.
- Aquaman is in it, but not called Aquaman. He’s there because the world engine in the ocean did something to the fish.
- Jason Momoa is definitely up for Aquaman.
- Wonderwoman poses as a Wayne Enterprises investor to retrieve an item that belongs to her people.
- Lex Luthor is in the shadows a lot, a manipulator. Not much face time with Superman.
- Robin betrayed Batman at some point, leading to a falling out between them.
- The Batcave was super cool looking, and the mobile looked similar to (Tim) Burton’s
- Lois is investigating Lex.
- Metallo “kills” Clark.
- The Daily Planet is bought by Lex Luthor for PR purposes.
- At the end Superman is living in exile, and the Justice League is a government approved superhero team.
For those of you that continued reading, did you get a little tingle in the pants area? If ANY of this is true, you better believe that some of it is going to change. Possibly this could be one of the reasons for the delays, which is lame, because why can’t people keep stuff to themselves? Well I am sure a handsome reward was given, if this fired crew member is legit.
A lot of the info here (if true) is pretty vague, and even predictable. Lois investigating Lex, batcave is super cool looking, those are just some things I would’ve guessed already. But like I said, if all this is true, you better believe some rewrites are on tap for the flick. It is killing me that a lot of drama has surfaced from the production, and I actually hope this is all orchestrated by Snyder and Warner Bros to throw us off the scent. Let me know your thoughts about this.
