The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie is due out August 8th, and a lot of us have been wondering what they are going to look like in this modern day reboot. Last week, a Halloween costume image showed up in the net, giving us an early glimpse of what they might look like. Well now we get a detailed look at Leonardo, as well as Shredder.
So after seeing these images, I have a little hope in this movie that is produced by public speaker Michael Bay. I was more worried about William Fichtner cast as Shredder, simply because…he’s not of Asian decent, and he’s, well…kind of old. But seeing the image of the armor Shredder wears, looks very menacing, and pretty damn cool.
The Leonardo statue is actually not bad looking at all. I’m kind of digging that they are placing armor on the Turtles this time, kind of making it more real in a sense. Let me know what you guys think about these images. Is the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie looking hopeful?

I hate that they change their facial structure on every movie. Not a huge fan of the lack of beak.
