There have been a slew of casting rumors coming out of the Star Wars: Episode VII production, and it was annoying the absolute piss out of me. Seemed that every actor has been rumored to play a pivotal role in Star Wars 7, but then they were all debunked by the captain himself, J.J. Abrams, when he stated he wanted a fresh-faced cast alongside the returning cast. He might be trying to get everyone off their casting scent, but why not have fresh faces? The original one did, so I would actually like them to carry on that tradition.
In a recent interview with the Hollywood Reporter, Disney chairman Alan Horn stated that production is well underway, and that casting is almost finished for the new movie. Below is a video of Horn talking about all this so I suggest hearing from the man himself.
Star Wars: Episode VII is set for theaters December 18th, and will see our favorite characters returning 35 years after Jedi. Anymore casting information and I will get it out to you.

You need to put a 2015 after “Star Wars: Episode VII is set for theaters December 18th…” I thought I had missed a whole year of news for a second there.
