Like we didn’t think he wouldn’t return. The man who has composed the scores from little movies such as Pirates of the Caribbean and the Dark Knight Trilogy, Hans Zimmer, will return to the superhero world once again for Batman Vs. Superman. It was pretty obvious that he would return given he scored Man of Steel, but a few months ago he mentioned that he might not return for this superhero duel. Most likely it had to do with his involvement with the Dark Knight Trilogy, that he didn’t want to take on Batman again, but it has been confirmed today that we will be hearing that lovely music he creates once again.
We’ve already had a couple of chats, and once I finish the movie that I shall not talk about I will probably head over to where Zack is shooting his movie and just hang out a bit and see if we can come up with any ideas.
That is what Zimmer said to Digital Spy, and that movie he isn’t speaking of is likely Christopher Nolan’s Interstellar. Zimmer said before that the challenge was not using the same theme he used for the Dark Knight, but coming up with something fresh. I am sure after shooting gets well underway that he will come up with some sort of brilliance that will please our ears.
Batman Vs. Superman has just started production, so set photos should start surfacing in the coming weeks. You know I’ll be on top of that photos, so make sure you check back with me.
