Akira Movie Concept Art that Features Chris… by filmjunkee
The live-action version of Akira has been talked about for probably over a decade now, with such directors tied to it as Christopher Nolan and George Miller, you got to wonder why Warner Bros. can’t seem to get it going. Concept art from an early version of the movie has been released by Ruairi Robinson over at Bloody Disgusting showing some pretty cool shots. We also have concept art of Chris Evans and Joseph Gordon-Levitt playing the main roles, which nowadays would receive huge backlash for whitewashing. Maybe after the box office response for Ghost in the Shell, Warner Bros. will pull the trigger.
