Why They Keep Talking About Batman v Superman

I keep seeing people comment on how these big voices in the movie community keep talking about Batman v Superman after 2 and half years. Hell, they say that about Man of Steel too. We should know by know why they keep talking about these polarizing movies so I give the reasons and not just because they’re pretty much masterpieces.
