Disney and LucasFilms decided to give us a little tease into the Star Wars 7 world. They first revealed that production will begin in May in London’s historic Pinewood Studios. What they also decided to reveal to us is certain plot points, as well as some character details.
Star Wars 7 will take place 30 years after Return of the Jedi, and will see “a trio of new young leads along with some very familiar faces.” Those familiar faces will of course be Luke, Leia, and Han Solo, no matter how much Harrison Ford tries to elude the question of him returning.
There have been a ton of rumors for actors being cast in this new Star Wars saga. Adam Driver has been highly rumored to be cast as a villain in the new flick, and 12 Years A Slave’s Lupita Nyong’o is the newest to be rumored for one of the main roles. Only time will tell who will be flinging a light saber in the new movie. Star Wars 7 hits theaters December 18th, 2015, and any more information I get I will let you know.
