The first trailer to the new movie Earth to Echo has landed on the net, and looks to be full of sci-fi fun. The story revolves around three friends, Tuck, Munch and Alex, as they receive a strange encoded message on their phones, after digging and construction begins in their hometown. They try to tell their parents and the local authorities about the strange occurrence, but of course the adults think they are just being imaginative children. So they decide to take matters in their own hands, and investigate this strange event themselves. They then stumble upon a being from another world that needs their help, and then the fun begins.
It’s kind of like E.T. meets Super 8, which is not necessarily a bad thing, since both movies are actually really good. Earth to Echo hits theaters on April 24th, 2014, so check out the trailer and let me know what you think of it.
