Christopher Nolan became one of my favorite directors even before he took on Batman. With movies like Memento and Insomnia, he had a unique style to his movies, and the way he told the stories was both unconventional, as well fantastic. Not only has he made a name for himself with The Dark Knight Trilogy, movies like The Prestige and Inception also won the hearts of moviegoers and critics. Now it is time to check out his first movie since The Dark Knight Rises.
Interstellar stars Matthew McConaughey, Jessica Chastain, Anne Hathaway, Wes Bentley, Casey Affleck, Topher Grace, John Lithgow, and Michael Caine. Stellar cast? Yes indeed. The movie focuses around a group of explorers as they make use of a wormhole they have discovered in space to take human space travel to a whole new level. I am sure there will be twists and turns along this journey, and you can be willing to bet you will walk away from the theater trying to put pieces of the story together.
Interstellar isn’t supposed to hit theaters until November 7th, 2014, and they are still in the middle production. The teaser is definitely a teaser, and the only actor you see and hear is McConaughey. So check it out below, and let me know what you think.
