Ever imagine the possibilities of having your thoughts and memories downloaded to a computer? That way you’ll live forever, but just how much power would that give you? That is what the new Johnny Depp Sci-fi flick wants to tell us.
Transcendence is a new sci-fi movie that stars Johnny Depp, Kate Mara, Morgan Freeman, Rebecca Hall, Cillian Murphy, and Paul Bettany. It explores Artificial Intelligence, and when a freak accident happens to Depp, they try to save him by uploading his brain within a computer. It kind of reminds me a little bit of Lawnmower Man, if any of you remember that classic sci-fi movie.
Transcendence is slated to hit theaters April 17th, 2014, so check out the trailer for it below and let me know what you think.
