Well here is a bit of news I am saddened by. Seems that Warner Bros. has made the difficult decision to delay Batman Vs. Superman until 2016. Are you weeping yet? I’ll give you a moment to scream, and dry those tears.
Now that the initial sting of the news has ceased, this is actually a good thing. For many of you that thought DC and Warner Bros. were rushing to get their hero movies out there, this choice to delay the movie just shows that they need to take a little more time in pre-production, given the magnitude of this flick. Here is what the stupid had to say about the decision.
This will give the filmmakers time to realize fully their vision, given the complex visual nature of the story. The decision was made following the shift of the start of production to second quarter of this year.
So shooting won’t start until summertime now, which means….WE WON’T SEE THE BATSUIT FOR AWHILE! They should really just release Affleck in the batsuit to mend our broken hearts. The previous date for Batman Vs. Superman was July 17th, 2015, and the new release date is now May 6th, 2016. Another untitled Marvel is supposed to release around that time as well, so we will see who comes out the winner. Let me know your thoughts about this.
