Gal Gadot Talks More About Her Wonder Woman Workout Routine

When Gal Gadot was announced as the first Wonder Woman to be brought to the big screen, the backlash ensued given her very thin physique. Apparently the majority of people that absolutely hated this casting choice, didn’t know that when actors take on roles like this, they train months before hand to get the in shape it.. That is what the lovely lady is doing, and she already posted a pic of her progress a little over a month ago, where she flexed her small, yet noticeable, right bicep. That picture showed she is heading in the right direction, and today, we get more info about the type of workout routines and diet she is sticking too. Sometimes you just can’t say no to cheeseburgers.

I just keep active—everything that’s challenging me, everything that I feel like doing. It’s not like I’m only doing TRX or Pilates. I do sports. I do cardio, but I don’t like it as much. I’d rather do weights… I try to eat healthy, but sometimes though, I eat cheeseburgers. That’s good for the soul. I make sure to balance everything out. I drink tons of water.


They always say you need one cheat day a week, and cheeseburgers have lots of protein that she needs to fill out a little more. No matter what, she will get to where she needs too. No, she won’t be huge, but why would anyone want her to be? Batman Vs. Superman is still set for May 6th, 2016, and hopefully we will see the costumes very soon.
