Warner Bros. and the DC Universe has been all the talk lately in movie world. So much that it is hard to believe what is legit, and what is absolute BS. Last week, we were treated with a supposed leaked movie list of DC superheroes who are getting movies between 2016 and 2018 that was provided by nikkifenke.com. Many wonder about ho legit the list was, and leave it to Mr. Kevin Smith to clarify.
So do I. Yeah. I can’t tell you man. I know people. I’m not allowed to say, but they showed me. I talked a while back about this universe that they are putting together. I looked at [this] list, and yeah, that’s what I heard. This is what I was told.
So if what finke said was true, the Jason Momoa casting in Batman v. Superman isn’t true, because finke stated that Aquaman will make his debut in Justice League. Momoa still could be cast as Aquaman for Justice LEague, but who knows if that will be made official yet. I would’ve thought they’d announced something by now, and then Momoa posted the very pic your see below on his Instagram.
What does it mean? Either, “Fuck you! I’m Aquaman!” or “Fuck you! Stop saying I’m Aquaman!” Which ever it is, hopefully Momoa is loving the attention.
And lastly, it seems that the Superman statue scene has been filmed. Couple weeks ago, the picture of the statue being constructed landed on the web, and now we got details about that scene. Seems that there will be a ceremony scene in Batman v. Superman where Metropolis honors Superman from saving the Earth from General Zod in Man of Steel. Elementary school kids sporting “Superman Survivor” shirts, unveil the statue, and the mayor does his speech thing. This is why we saw Gotham City and Metropolis news vehicles, as well as all those army trucks.
