Third Cloverfield Movie is Coming and Might… by filmjunkee
J.J. Abrams isn’t sneaking another Cloverfield movie by us. We heard awhile ago that J.J Abrams and Bad Robot were producing a movie titled God Particle. That movie is currently in production for a February 24th, 2017 release. Sources are saying this is the third Cloverfield movie, that is about astronauts who make “a shocking discovery, that changes the fabric of reality, leading to a fight for their survival.” Sounds awesome.
Now Abrams did say that he would love to keep making these movies, and hopes to do a third movie that links them together. If this movie takes place in space, maybe this has to do with the end of the first Cloverfield, when we see the ocean and something comes crashing down. Time will tell, and apparently they want to make Cloverfield movie every year. I’m down for that.
