Is this the NEW Spider-Man Costume for Homecoming Sequel?

Some new promo art for the entire Avengers roster have given us a look at the possible new Spider-Man costume for the Homecoming sequel. The spider emblem on the chest is noticeably bigger and I will say it’s a step up if they go with this design.
