The New Flash Suit has a Mystery Circle on it – Film Junkee Shots

Looking more closely at the new Flash suit at the Licensing Expo, there’s a mystery circle or device on the left forearm. Could be some kind of communication device built into The Flash suit. Just hoping its not something too cheesy like a Multiverse GPS.
